Su un conoide costituito da depositi morenici che predomina il paesaggio, in un’area che vanta una qualità paesaggistica di pregio ed una vista stupenda sul lago d’Iseo, sorgeranno 5 piccole abitazioni sospese tra alberi e paesaggio.
Partendo dal concetto della casa sull’albero e data la forte pendenza del terreno su cui sorgono, le abitazioni sono state dotate di grandi terrazzi in legno a sbalzo sul paesaggio che alleggeriscono la presenza visiva delle case nel contesto e, grazie alla forte presenza di vegetazione d’alto fusto nelle vicinanze, favoriscono la sensazione di stare in una “casa sull’albero”.
Tutte le abitazioni sono concepite in chiave ecosostenibile in quanto hanno grandi vetrate che favoriscono l’effetto serra durante l’inverno, mitigato in estate dalla presenza di tettoie a sbalzo e della vegetazione prevista in progetto. La maggior parte delle strutture è a secco (smontabile e totalmente riciclabile) mentre il forte isolamento termico e la presenza di pannelli fotovoltaici integrati nella copertura garantiscono un basso impatto ambientale di gestione degli edifici.
On a cone of moraine deposits that dominates the landscape, in an area boasting outstanding landscape quality and a stunning view of Lake Iseo, five small homes will be built suspended between trees and the surrounding landscape.
Based on the concept of a treehouse and given the steep slope of the land on which the homes are built, large wooden terraces cantilevered over the landscape have been added; these lighten the visual presence of the homes in the surrounding landscape and, thanks to the abundant presence of tall vegetation nearby, enhance the sensation of living in a “treehouse”.
All the homes are designed with eco-sustainability in mind, featuring large windows that promote a greenhouse effect in winter and mitigate it in summer by the presence of overhanging canopies and the vegetation included in the design. Most of their structures are dry (removable and fully recyclable), while the strong thermal insulation and the presence of photovoltaic panels integrated into the roof ensure a low environmental impact in building management.
